Booking & Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking before I begin painting. The final 50% is due upon completion.

Additional pet or person+60% of the base price per extra subject (e.g. 2 subjects = base price × 1.6, 3 subjects = base price × 2.2).

Custom design or fantasy elementsA custom design fee will be quoted based on complexity.

Rush orderStandard timeline is 3–6 weeks. Rush orders add 10–30% of the base price, depending on your preferred timeline.

Schedule An Introductory Call

Put Down A 50% Deposit

When you're ready to move forward, you'll put down a deposit and we'll get started!

Approve The Initial Design Sketch

You approve the initial design sketch, I paint, and then you review the painting and provide feedback until it's finalized.

Pay Final 50% And Enjoy!

When the painting is completed, I'll send you a preview photo by email. Once the remaining 50% balance is paid, the original artwork will be shipped (fee quoted separately based on location) or available for local pickup (Toronto area).
